NAOMI MUNUO

Naomi has a degree from Central St Martins, where she had nurtured a love for colourful patterned fabrics, narrative and illustrating the female form. Following a career in art teaching and leading a creative arts faculty, , Naomi has since established herself as a full-time artist.

Naomi’s paintings capture the beauty of introspection, portraying scenes of quiet contemplation, amidst lush fabrics, intricate patterns, and vibrant colours that mirror bothexternal surroundings and inner worlds. Naomi’s interior scenes serve as sanctuaries, allowing the free exploration of one’s thoughts, emotions and identities whilst viewing. Her work embraces femininity, portraying strong female characters engaged in everyday rituals.

Her artworks have been exhibited across the UK, including the RA Summer Exhibition, Garden Museum, Benton End and Liberty London, and haveeatured in ROSA Magazine and Elle Décor Italia and are held in private collections world-wide
