I was born in Bedford in 1950 and attended grammar school and St Catherine’s College, Oxford. Since graduating I have made paintings and prints, often supplementing the meagre living to be got from fine art with a variety of other work. I have also been involved in curating contemporary art, particularly with the Conductors’ Hallway gallery in Camberwell, which I helped to set up and run during the 1990s. I have exhibited in America, Europe and England, most recently at the POST Gallery in South London. My present work shows images from traditional western landscape art through the medium of glass-painting.
